Heimdall Project

OVP’s Heimdall project comprises enhanced threat analysis and product development in Electronic Warfare systems coupled with the development of proposals for donor funding of supply of these systems to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and for the protection of Ukrainian Critical National Infrastructure.

It has two key objectives:

• The sourcing of funding for the purchase and deployment of the best available electronic warfare systems, including Radio Electronic Battling systems.

• Threat analysis and product development to counter changes in Russian capabilities and systems.
